Chattanooga Alumni partnered with the Hamilton County Department of Education and the Brainerd High School and Tyner High School to develop the "Boys to Men" Guide Right program. The objective of this program is to provide cultural enrichment and character development programs for BHS's African-American males between the ages of 10 and 18. Chapter members conduct weekly meetings with these young men to discuss topics of interest, share real- life experiences and to inspire them to establish and meet their goals in life. Guest speakers often include experts on the topic of discussion. Monthly topics include, but are not limited to, the following themes:
- Self Identity
- Training
- Competition
- Social
- Health Education
The program will conclude with a celebration for the young men who successfully
complete it.
